Chairman of Nepal Student Union, Kailali, Binay Lama warned to initiate protest if the administration and the other stakeholders failed to attempt to open the education institutions. Stating that the students are hugely affected by the strike, Chairman Lama said that the public as well as guardians would protest if the schools and other education institutions are not opened. CPN- Maoists leader Khagendra Hamal said that the administrations did not pay any
attention towards their frequent plea. Hamal warned to initiate protests for the education institutions remained shut down for more than a month. Different five organizations have arranged the silence rally in Dhangadh, protesting for the obstructions created in their studies due to the strike in Kailali.
It has been a month that the schools in Kailali are closed due to the strike. They displayed the placards against the strike. The rally was arranged from LN chowk to hospital chowk.
